Mass Mailers
A very convenient and cost-effective service we provide for postcards is a complete start-to-finish handling of a mass mailing project. Send us your mailing list and we can have approved postcards printed, labeled, stamped and mailed within a week, saving you time and money. If you mail them yourself, you will have to pay the regular first class rate, unless you get a mailing permit and pay an annual mailing fee to the post office in order to obtain the bulk rate. Below is the cost breakdown:
Trifold/brochure
100 pieces = $115 or $1.15 ea.
250 pieces = $155 or .62/ea.
500 pieces = $270 or .54/ea.
Oversized Postcards (full color front and back)
100 cards = $84 or .84/ea.
250 cards = $130 or .52/ea.
500 cards = $180 or .36/ea.
Mailing Costs
Bulk rate for 100 - 250 cards = .26/ea.
Bulk rate for 251+ cards = .25/ea.
Service Fee
Cost for labeling, stamping, sorting, mailing cards = $40
There is a one-time design/set up fee of $35 that applies to first-time orders. All future orders would be for the printing costs only, assuming we use the same approved post card mailer (and mailing/service fees if applicable).

Let's get down to brass tacks, shall we? How much does a Web site cost? Typically, a custom-designed Web site will cost anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000. And don't fall for the "$150 for a custom site" ads, because generally it is only for a single page, not an entire Web site. CWI offers one of the best deals around and our pricing structure is simple with no hidden administrative fees.
Custom Web Site Design
Design Fee = $250 (limit two reviews; non-refundable)
Web pages = $100 per page
Web site hosting for 1 year ... $50
Setup Google Analytics on your site ... $35
Web site domain registration ... $9 - $20 per domain name (price depends on length of domain purchase and/or additional transfer fees)
Web site maintenance (Tier I) ... $35/hour
Web site maintenance (Tier II) ... $70/month* (6 month contract)
Web site maintenance (Tier III) ... $60/month* (12 month contract)
* = limit of three hours per month
It is important to note that we focus on clean, simple, search engine-friendly Web site design. However, if you are looking for a more dynamic Web site with searchable databases or flash animation, we can accomodate that as well, but it will come with additional costs depending on the complexity of the project.
Unlike most Web design firms, we will teach you how to update your Web site on your own. If you hire us to design your Web site, we will include one hour of instruction on how your can update your site on your own. However, if you would prefer to have us maintain your site for you, we will be happy to do so.
